I wish I knew this beforehand so I will share my advice. Pray to the God of your understanding to give you Strength before engaging w this entity. The maintenance guy is cool though.

Landlords ans Association be very careful with this conpany and their supposed property management services they claim is so good. First of all, the company is not licensed in the state of new jersey to engage in the business of managing properties and handling the finances of Associations. Second, these people are so unresponsive and never call you back or behave professionally. Third, a property manager Nick Kotsidis is an unlicensed real estate practitioner in the business of managing properties and handling one of the biggest financial assets a person can have. You may find out too late so safeguard your investments in the hands of professionals with real credentials

Do not trust these people. This is the worst company ever. They lack transparency and honesty in their business and never respond to messages or emails. Stay away from this named Nick Kotsidis very untrustworthy and unprofessional who has no skills or knowledge to handle any part of management

This building was fantastic before I’m taking about 260 Valentine Lane, but now is a disaster, we have a lots of tenants who doesn’t care about the building I live in that building for 30 years and I know what I’m talking about.
