Gayton Pointe Townhomes

It's been a while since I've lived in an apartment home. I am so pleased with my choice to move here. Daniel in maintenance is truly a gem. My request have always been addressed quickly and he takes time to keep you informed and explain issues to help prevent them going forward. Perfect level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Thank you for this experience.

Although our time at Gayton Pointe was not long (short-term lease), we were very pleased. The application process and move-in went smoothly. We were able to enjoy a few of the amenities while there, and the property was well maintained. The handful of minor maintenance issues were handled in a timely and professional manner. Daniel (Maintenance Manager) is a true bright spot for the property. He was always welcoming, accessible, and customer service oriented. Add in the nice floorplans and great area, and Gayton Pointe Townhomes come highly recommended.

Daniel is excellent and very knowledgeable when it comes to all the appliances around and in the house. Extremely quick and friendly. Put in a ticket and he arrived the same day an hour later, amazed.

I love my space and if anything goes wrong, Daniel is quick to resolve the issue as soon as possible. He is knowledgeable about any situation that may arise. Daniel has been able to do most any maintenance needed, from repairing appliances on down to minor upkeep needs.

Shoutout to Daniel! Daniel is one of the hardest-working maintenance men I’ve ever seen. The fact that he handles an entire property on his own shows just how dedicated and determined he is to keeping all our units in top shape. He even went out of his way to help me move my stove so I could clean behind it and always makes sure any issues are handled promptly. His work ethic and commitment truly stand out!
