Michelle Ross has been my property manager as well as my realtor since 2019. She has been absolutely fantastic since our first meeting. Not only is she professional & knowledgeable, but she is kind & compassionate. She has consistently made sure the tenants were well taken care of as well as making sure I was kept up to date on everything that went on. During the buying process, she happily answered every one of my zillions of questions & updated me daily. When I decided to sell, she got me exactly what I wanted in every aspect of the sale. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Review for Gavish Real Estate – Henderson, NV We rented a property managed by Gavish Real Estate and recently completed our move-out after a six-year tenancy. Unfortunately, the experience of receiving our security deposit refund was very difficult, despite our efforts to resolve the matter respectfully and in accordance with Nevada law. We gave a certified 30-day notice to vacate and formally requested a joint pre-move-out inspection, as allowed by NRS 118A.242(6). That request was acknowledged but never fulfilled. No walkthrough was scheduled or conducted, and no explanation was ever provided. This denied us the legal opportunity to cure any items before move-out, which could have prevented deposit deductions. We vacated the property but did not receive any itemized accounting

Very unprofessional! Susan Oakley is very rude and is very careless among their tenants with this property management company. You can't even have a normal conversation with her without her raising her voice. I work in a property management real estate firm also and know how the process is with tenants and you do not treat them with disrespect, especially when they have told you of their disability.

Wicked, liars, thieves, psychopaths, sociopath, and more... We just moved in our property and I have never, in all my days, dealt with such unprofessional, entitled, condescending individuals. I'm seriously over it and will NEVER recommend these agency to anyone... We moved from out of state into a dirty home that haven't been touched by repairs or cleaned. Looks are truly deceiving. They literally fixed nothing and then say it's not an urgent matter. Shouldn't these things be fixed before people move in? ABSOLUTELY..IN THE NORMAL WORLD. Charged us for a cleaning deposit and nothing gets cleaned. DISGUSTING. I was told this is the way they conduct business in Las Vegas...smh sin city
