Gavin Point Apartments

Gavin Point has exceeded my expectations more than once. This apartment complex and community is very safe and friendly. From the layout of the units to the amenities, everything is very modern and spacious. The front office and staff is filled with friendly face that even know me by name and offered me cake on my birthday. Every holiday there is always a sweet treat on my door. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough - I love my new home.

I love this place, which is where my son lives. It's very clean and quiet the neighbors are friendly and the location is great for him. I believe they're trying to be a smoke free zone; however it's a work in progress. They have a variety of tenants which is nice. The office staff is very friendly and professional.

I would first like to start off by saying I was very impressed with the beautiful layout of Gavin Point and the cleanliness of the community which is what drew me into acquiring about them. The ladies at the front office Jody and Omairrah were amazing and so professional throughout the process! I look forward to calling Gavin Pointe home very soon!

Thanks to Jody I was able to get my starting over apartment earlier then anticipated! The property is clean, safe, affordable, and new. The application process was easy and quick, they make sure as a resident you have security such as parking decal and a one door entrance that is locked at all times unless you have access.If you are looking for a great place to live choose here, you won’t regret it!

The ladies at the leasing office are phenomenal. So beyond impressed. Everything was very smooth and I was taken care of during the whole application process. Always returned calls in a timely manner or even called me first to streamline the process. Living here for a few months now and still they are so attentive to any issues or concerns. They have wonderful resident socialization events the past 2 months with cute ideas last months was an ice cream social event, I have never had that in the serval apartments I lived at. I am so extremely happy with this complex and its staff.
