Gator Title

We just closed on our house on November 26th. We are from Pennsylvania and had to do our settlement remotely. There were many challenges along the way because of the sellers. I can honestly say that there is no way we would have successfully closed without the extraordinary efforts of Britany Rowley! Our rate lock was set to expire on the 26th. Britany took time out of her personal schedule, the night before Thanksgiving, to accommodate the sellers need to sign paperwork late in the evening.
