Gateway Terrace Apartments

I have lived at Gateway Terrace for many years! The current manager has been here over 10 years and has improved the property so much. Maintenance is very responsive and keeps the grounds so clean. It had a beautiful renovation last year and the apartments inside are updated nicely. If you want to live in a well managed and beautifully maintained community, make Gateway Terrace your next home.

Gateway terrace staff member Rebecca was extremely professional and super helpful. The online application process was very quick and easy. All my questions were answered in the most timely manner possible with friendly positive assistance. 5 stars for sure unless i could give more!!

Lived here almost 4 years and there are no amenities for them to be charging as much as they are for rent. They were doing an exterior update when I was in the process of moving out. There is a laundry room on site, but they are not the cleanest machines, I’ve had some of my clothes ruined from people using bleach in their loads of laundry. The buildings are older so be prepared for the floors to creek everytime you walk on them, and if you live on the first floor you will constantly hear your upstairs neighbors. Winco and Fred meyers are right down the street so there is quite a bit of homeless activity. Property manager is very nice and responds quickly. I am going on my third year here at Gateway Terrace, and im so happy i am. They make our safety, cleanliness, access, and overall happiness priorities, and i am so grateful. When I reach out to the office, ill get a response back and quickly. If anything is broken or needs attention, I can ask and it will get taken care of. I, personally, usually have a few off the wall questions, and the front office and building manager is always so nice and patient with me. I can trust where I live, and that's really cool. All the neighbors are respectful. Laundry on site. Pets allowed. Easy to use tenant portal for payments, maintenance, and all that jazz. 10 out of 10. Best place I've lived.

let's lower the rent if you want new tenants because the upgrades to the units/location are not worth the rental. in addition to having to pay for all utilities and no washer and dryer in the units. Please re-evaluate.
