If only you cared about the community when it is near sold and not just while it is a hot market. Unfortunately I will never buy another one of your properties while the community is under construction and maybe not even when finished. Ours is done in short pump near Richmond VA and there are plenty of things that should have been fixed but they just didn't care. Got our final paving in April 2025 and still have 20+ spaces with no lines among other things like dead trees, shrubs, and puddling water on finished paving.

Great location. Open floor design. Excellent communication with Belinda, the Neighborhood Sales Manager. Brian, the Neighborhood Construction Manager, has addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion. He's very easy to work with. I'm very happy with my decision to buy at Gateway Square.

They just want to make money by using every tiny spot of their area, but worst in service after you purchase the house. They installed wrong patio door which flooded my living room with rain water. It’s been two weeks no one came to fix it, just getting dates. Now, when their is rain, I am sitting with towel to stop rain water coming in the living room

I'm Jewish. Was walking and property manager called me a filthy k*ke and told me to get off their property. Horrible to see such antisemitism. Horrible place. Already contacted the ADL
