Lovely community with occasional organized activities in the gazebo. Nice playground for the kids. There is a gym that is opened on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm
Nice place to live and visit. Property manager is really nice and fair. You have to meet income requirements because it is a income restricted complex. They have 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments. They are also energy-efficient so utility bills are well within reason. Does allow dish network satellite so you do have options as far as tv providers go. Non-smoking complex so you will know that your apartment won't smell like smoke from previous tenants. Also has computer lab, library, laundry room if you don't have a washer and dryer in your apartment (does have hookups in the apartments though).
Very respectful and nice lady and beautiful area
Good and friendly people just next time to get in a apartment there
