Gateway of Grand Blanc

Gateway has been home for us for years and is a great place to live. Quite and very well kept. The manager Marena and her staff are wonderful. They really do care about their tenants and their needs. I would like to add that the maintenance guys are pretty terrific. They have worked extremely hard this brutal winter to keep us safe and I greatly appreciate them.

I moved into Gateway GB in August 2025 and have had nothing but a great experience since day one. After dealing with a horrible situation at an Edward Rose & Sons property, I was so relieved to be met with professionalism and genuine care from Mareana and her team. I told Mareana exactly what I wanted, and she made it happen. The community is super quiet, the fitness center is a huge bonus, and the entire process was transparent and accommodating from start to finish. I can’t recommend Marina and the Gateway GB team enough! Me and my kitties love my new home. By the way- the sunsets are UNBELIEVABLE.

Just wanted to say thank you Gateway, Marena specifically (property manager) and Linda, assistant manager for hosting game night and the residents who participate once a month. I always have a great time and learn new games at the same time. Thank you!! Ugh, enough snow already!! Thank you to our maintenance guys for coming in super early and even on weekends to keep up with clearing the snow out of the sidewalks and roadways within Gateway apartments. Also keeping up with all of their regular maintenance work. You guys are amazing and appreciated. Thank you Donald and Paul!!!

Excellent place to live. It’s quiet & well maintained. They do a phenomenal job clearing off my sidewalk & porch all winter long. The few times I’ve had to call the office they are incredibly kind & quick to help. It’s a great place to live.

I've lived at Gateway for over six years. Wonderful staff. Clean environment and they have monthly events for the residents.
