Living at Gateway Crossings Apartments in McCordsville, Indiana has truly been a wonderful experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed with how welcoming and well-kept the community is. The amenities are fantastic and really add to the quality of life here—whether it’s relaxing by the pool, staying active in the fitness center, or enjoying the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. One of the things I appreciate most is the maintenance team. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. My dishwasher was backed up and ruining the floor. After Abt 24 hrs of nobody showing up, I just had someone come out and fix it and paid out of pocket. Typically it's rather quick once you turn in a service request however this wasn't and after 24 hrs I hadn't even heard from anyone other than my request had been assigned. Maybe they just had a busy cpl days but I did have to pay out of pocket and that's the only reason I'm leaving this request 2 staers

If you like Sandford and son maintenance come home and your apartment smells like pot and disrespectful tenants keeping you up all night management doning nothing about it and entering your apartment in the middle of the night when your in bed with no notice than this is the place for you! McCordsville is a great community and awesome area just not at Gateway crossing Don't Do It!

Maintenance did a great job of replacing water heater. They responded quickly, and resolved the matter in the most expeditious manner. Maintenance technician was pleasant and polite during his repair.

I hate leaving this review because I know the property has tried to change. They have a new manager and employee at the office that seem to be really trying, but I feel like they took over a place that was already in the hole. This place is extremely outdated, especially for what they are trying to charge. The cabinets and appliances are old, there's mold and rust everywhere, and there is cracks all in the walls. I didn't notice the rust, mold and cracks everywhere until after I moved in because everything was covered with paint. However, the paint began to chip away within the first month of us moving in. In the first year when we first moved here I kept hearing noises in the wall. I called maintenance immediately and was told it was probably a bird that got into the wall. That was 2 year
