Zero stars. This “neighborhood “ is a disaster. No “gate”, no lighting,no maintenance,no parking. Constant police calls and late night parties. Section 8 at its finest.. Northland should be ashamed. Cops here again at 2 a.m. keeping me awake with another “problem” with other tenets. STAY FAR AWAY unless you live a seedy lifestyle! Swat team here the other night causing a whole scene. I also received a threatening letter about my car being towed because I was “parked on the yellow line” when there is ZERO parking available when I get home from work. I went to the office regarding this, and the solution given to me was to “wake up early in the morning “ to move the vehicle. Are you serious? I work late nights. I kept my appointment, spent 30 min looking for the leasing office, as the main one is under renovation, but there was no signs what so ever letting you know where was relocated. So I was excited about the apartment, but the experience I encountered, not trusting

I highly recommend not stay here expensive for no reason maintenance is very lazy if you put in a work order you have to wait until two weeks for them to arrive if you move in make sure you have videos of problems if not they blame you for it when you move out I had mold in the master bedroom vents when I first move in maintenance guy just sprayed it and said it will disappear on its own which I had to clean it myself because the mold grew and they charging me for it when moved out and try to cover up the mold with new vent. They try to blame me for not returning key fob which I returned the key fob to the office with the police July 29th 2025 at 10:35 am which they didn’t realize I documented it. Honestly, the office ladies really care about you. Time after time they helped out where they could. Maintence came asap no waiting like other reviews said. Misty And Beth were amazing and always willing to help out

We just moved in about 2 weeks ago and this place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have had a very good experience so far. The main office, the ladies are outstanding, answering any and all questions that we had and the maintenance are on top of whatever issues you may have to deal with inside your apartment. The parking is good, the pool is absolutely beautiful and don't forget the jacuzzi! The tennis court also is very well kept and the fitness room I haven't gotten to yet. The security of this place is phenomenal. We love the valet garbage pickup, and I love how many containers they have for recycling. Definitely a great place to live and we are looking forward to it enjoying our experience here.
