Gateway at Peerless

This place application process SUCKS. I just called this place and talked to it sounded like female robot for 2 minutes, and she couldn't even get it right. I've read the reviews and they all sounded like the people they talked to was unprofessional, stressed and disrespectful. And I noticed the owner was so quick to replied back with this fake me out unapologetic response. I too drive by this place often, don't get me wrong , it looks nice and clean from 301. But from what I've read it sound like it's very messy on the inside office. It's a damn shame the way some peoples handle their business. Drop the Mike.

1/5🌟 Highly disappointed in this community. I've tried calling and emailing this community about their availabilities and process. Never heard a word from them. Very unfortunate. I mean if you don't have any availabilities just tell individuals that instead of ignoring their emails and phone calls. It looks bad on the community, company, and the property manager in charge. My advised to those who are looking at the property and seeking to get information about their community....DONT. You will be wasting valuable time that you can use somewhere else.

Applied for this community as soon as I got the notification that they were accepting applicants back in January. I immediately took all the steps needed. Spoke to Kenny who was professional and he advised me to come and drop everything off which I did. Fast-forward a couple months go by and I began to call to inquire about my process. It was not an easy process trying to get someone to answer. The one time I got an answer, a woman answers and she goes to look over my information to let me know i was approved and that the manager will be cotacting me. I too applied for this place last year, I brought all my informationin for a 2 bedroom, and my son served in the Military. Fast forward a few months later I call back and was told they were fully leased. I'm like no one ever followed back up with me. I ride past this property every day to and from work and it's still a construction site for the most part. Reading all the reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet.

I applied to Gateway at Peerless Ave at the end of January 2022. I have been calling to check on the status of my application for the past two months and finally received a call back from Ms. Robinson on 5/26/22. I missed her call, however; she left me a voicemail and seemed to be pleasant and eager to help. After a week of calling the office I finally got an answer from Ms. Robinson yesterday 6/7/22. I let her know that I had submitted an application for a 1 bedroom apartment and wanted to check on the status of the application I sent in January. She let me know that I needed to bring in my ID and money order for the application fee and seemed eager to get off the phone. Her tone upon answering the phone was also completely opposite of the tone left in my voicemail. She seemed stressed/o
