DAMIEN is AMAZING. He feels like an extension of the family! Property managers are everything and he really does go above and beyond. I highly HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem of a community to call “home.” Peaceful, cozy, and relaxed. The aesthetics are spot-on and you feel like you’re in a desert resort. There are so many community spaces here to co-work (FYI to all the work-from-home folks)! However…the photos online do NOT do this place justice. The first time I toured this place I was floored…it is so nice. Has a certain East Coast charm, and is so welcoming. Also, the units are larger here, in general. Can’t beat it. We recently moved into our new apartment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Damien helped my wife and I from start to finish. He was super friendly, professional, and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. There was a small delay in our move-in on our behalf, but Damien was very understanding and patient throughout the process. The complex is brand new and truly gives resort-style living vibes. There’s a fully equipped gym, a dog park, and a huge clubhouse with games and great community space — plus so much more. We chose a 3-bedroom unit and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. I’ve had such a great experience at Gateway Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tiffany. She truly takes care of her residents and it shows in everything she does. Tiffany always makes time out of her busy day to answer questions, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we feel supported and heard. She genuinely listens, is intentional about resident satisfaction, and works hard to ensure we’re happy living here. I also really appreciate the resident events she puts together they make the community feel welcoming and inclusive. Tiffany’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. I had an amazing experience working with Michael! He truly went above and beyond, taking the time to show me each and every floor plan and thoroughly explaining all the options so I could make the best decision. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Michael was always responsive and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend him highly enough! This property has everything you could ask for and for the first time in years I actually feel like I am “home”.
