Today i interacted with the leasing office and was actually very pleased with everything I saw as far as the demeanor of the nice woman who worked there. She was dealing with a lot and took her time with me. Kenyatta seems to care about what she does and I am a single mom just trying to make a way. I appreciate her energy and respectfulness to not only me but anyone I watched her interact with!

This is the worst place I've ever lived in literally infested with everything mice roaches bed bugs mold etc

Just kicked me out because I wasn’t paying rent, but I’m not gonna pay rent if there is mice, roaches and bed bugs in my apartment. Mold everywhere they don’t fix anything this needs to get shut down. Maintenance don’t fix nothing at all I have proof

So many problems! Between roaches, dumpster divers, hot water tank failures due to poor upkeep, water damage, black mold, electrical issues almost causing a fire, the dryer vent leading outside being filled/clogged with lint, being filthy when we moved in, unorganized office/online portal, rude tenants blocking in our vehicle, grass not cut, non compliance renters insurance fees even tho we had insurance and gave them proof, failure of them not adhering to their lease agreement, coward and narcissist leasing office staff, and not feeling safe in our home because of gunshots and break-ins. I got one word… RUN!!!

Mr.john really doing good work at gatewayapartment and Sterling lane apartments He has made big changes. This place has never leave olwe this good.
