Be very careful with renting from them. They will offer you different ways to pay and misplace your money to different ledgers. I was in this property for just two years and they said i owed a substantial amount of money and tried to evict me. They would not look into anything until i had to get an attorney which proved that my rent payments were being deposited into their accounts but they have them going into multiple accounts with different names linked to Lindy! They have done this to a few of their tenants in the townhomes! Make sure you keep a tight record of your payments they will say you didn’t pay! Update: my move out day was on a Sunday told me if i was late i would have to pay extra if i went past my move out day. gave the keys back on a Friday because the office is closed on

Noel was here within less than 10 minutes after I put in my service request. He fixed the leaking toilet quickly, efficiently and is very kind, pleasant and polite. I recently moved into my townhome with my dogs, and I couldn't be happier! The space is fantastic, with plenty of room for us, and the yard is perfect for my dogs to play in. Maintenance is excellent—they respond quickly, usually within a day. I also love how close I am to a nature park where I can walk my dogs and even go kayaking. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, making it an ideal place to live.

Maintenance guys here are FAST. They arrive minutes after you put in a work order. Vincent especially is cooler than a polar bear’s toenails.

My fiancé and I randomly found this location online and were excited for the amount of space we would get. Firstly, when trying to schedule a tour online I repeatedly got an error page and had to use the contact form for someone to get back to me confirming our tour date and time. I received several confirmation texts and emails leading up to it which I liked but to my disappointment when we arrived to the provided address 8209 Buist Ave today 7/20, someone was living at the address. That is a huge safety concern to give out someone’s address as the location to tour for the person living there and us being the people knocking on a random person’s door. We called the provided number several times with no answer and ultimately left without touring. No one who lives in the community seems to
