Great Location, Friendly Management and staff, Maintenance on time, Building upkeep is good always, Apartment features are the best and large bed with closet, in house Laundry makes this places such a great place to live. 2 review that's above are fake because we have been living here for 10 years never had any problem same building, this people's daughter came here with bed bug and she moved out within 1 month. thank God she moved out. I don't want this nasty people in the place where i live.

This apartment is disgusting. Other tenants are disgusting. Trash all around the property, the landlord is never there when you need him, takes days or months for him to even take care of the issue. I even had my catalytic converter stolen twice! Trailer parks next door, addicts just walking all up in the property. Even after a fire within the complex, the landlord did not bother to answer the phone when it was taking place and took him 5 months to come and “clean”. Please don’t waste your money/time, you can find something way better. Oh btw, it’s pests running all up and down that complex. I seen other reviews saying bedbugs but when I was there it was a roach infestation & the landlord didn’t budge! The landlord is a slumlord and will try to get money out of you and he is a liar. DO NOT

These apartments are in disrepair inside and out. They are filthy and have bedbugs. The parking lot is overgrown with weeds and weed trees that will scratch your car when you pull into a parking spot. The apartments are not painted, cleaned, repaired, or sprayed for pests in between tenants. If I could give a negative 5 rating I would.

This place is a dump . Its dirty as hell . They dont clean these apartments. The carpets are filthy and it is infested with bedbugs. I would give it 0 stars if i could but it wont let me post without 1 star.

I was given a unit with bedbugs, the vents were infested and the landlord had the audacity to tell me I brought them with me.
