Gary Neus at CrossCountry Mortgage

I am writing from my experience- I needed to wait a few weeks… a month and half to be exact…in order to write this review being fair! Buying a home of course will be stressful and many unexpected things come up. I’m well aware!! However, my experience was horrible! I was originally put with Susanne Reed…whom I later found passed me to Gary Neus. (No one informed me) My realtor likes a paper trail….as do I so that people cannot talk over you or flip things or say they never received them. From day one it was back and forth with Gary and Susanne. I was constantly being asked for the same thing. The information on papers was constantly incorrect. Example…the home I was purchasing was not the home on the papers. I asked two times for an updated paper with the “estimated costs”. (Never receiv

Gary was so great! He made sure I understood everything every step of the way. He was always quick to get back to me if I had a question or needed anything. He really made the home buying process a little less stressful.

From the start to the completion of the refinance process, Gary and his wonderful team at CrossCountry has been a pleasure to work with. Gary was especially helpful checking in several times throughout the process to ensure all the steps went smoothly. I reached out to this guy, hoping he could help us get financed. Man, was I wrong. He took over a week. Didn’t return my calls. Texted him and he kept saying he was “busy” with other clients. Than why even run my credit? He never even gave me a correct price on how much I qualified for. He said he would let me know and never called me back. I talked to him maybe 4 times on the phone and he never gave me a qualification. All he said was he has too much going on at the moment. I wouldn’t recommend him at all. Find someone else. He ran my credit for absolutely no reason at all cause he could help me, and I actually have good credit.

My experience with Crosscountry Mortgage was excellent. Gary Nues was my agent, I worked with him close to a year before finding the house that fit our family. Gary was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to be sure we had all the information we needed prior to placing an offer on a property.
