Anyone thinking of renting anything from Garry Lewis properties, don’t. Lol Especially suma Lake apartments Because apparently every single maintenance issue EVER Is a 2 to 14 business day endeavor… 🤦🏻‍♀️ Leak under the sink? Oh , we’ll have to come back. (Proceeds to NEVER COME BACK) Toilet broken/leaking? oh we’ll have to order one and then forget to install it for three weeks. Problems with fridge , microwave, dishwasher, or freezer? Hope you’re not in a hurry! BUT!!! MY PERSONAL FAVORITE! And it happens EVERY YEAR, SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR!! When we are left in 90° Louisiana heat with no air conditioner for SEVERAL DAYS! 🙏🏼🙌🏻 All because the maintenance team can’t get thier act together? It's the perfect place for anyone who enjoys paper thin walls, and trashy neighbors. I've heard less noise at college apartment complexes in Baton Rouge. The proximity to the interstate is the only good thing about living here.

The ladies and gentlemen who take care of the properties are quick to take care of all repairs and problems that occur day or night. We have no complaints.

Slumlord that tries to intimidate tenants laid off due to COVID-19 by claiming the halt on evictions doesn't apply to them.

These are very nice apts. A lot of room for just the right price. Nice neighbors, close to the interstate, great staff.
