They refuse to fix anything and charge by income. With two working people of 4 they charge max rent which is $950 but everything in my unit is 1960s decor and they told me they can't fix or update unless it's broken, despite it being filthy because it's super old. Mold on ceilings and definitely dont take care of the grass or anything. Instead they chop everything down because they dont want to maintain it or pay for it.
Area is clean and the apartment manager is awesome! The apartment themselves are old and must have seen better days.
The Managers are awesome and on top of everything, also the apartments are very spacious and lots of room.
So dirty and full of roaches and the people are dirty and rude
Don't know this place and GPS control my phone
