This is my first time ever writing any google review this detailed and I'm very pleased to have been able to write it for Ms. Samantha! I’ve just moved into Garfield Villa Apartments and have been here almost a month now. It was very smooth from start to finish even with the minor fixes in between. The application process was quick and my unit was already secured within 30 days of me moving in. If you don't know me personally for a little insight I am a very cautious, detailed, and a customer service driven person. Therefore I am easily put off from anything that does not showcase as such. The move in experience here was great, Samantha was the lady that took care of me through the process I left messages she called me back explained to me everything I needed to do and made this transition quick and easy. Once I moved in I called the office left a message for maintenance about my furnace they actually responded the same day when I got home later that evening walked in my apartment and my heat was blowing great I really appreciate the quick response. I also talked to Samantha about issues I have in my kitchen and she told me I’ll talk to maintenance and give you a call tomorrow and she did just that I received a call in the am and was told maintenance can take care of my issue, as of right now I’m very satisfied with this Apartment complex!
