decent neighbors close to the school and indian hospital which is great if you don't have a vehicle great playground equipment friendly management and maintenance over here on Jt Stites garden walk we love lyric briggs as our manager hope she stays around for a long time she works with you on payments if something needs to be fixed and is my favorite manager out of 6 managers in two locations in 6 years lyric makes it worth it to be here she minds her own business and only writes you up if it's absolutely necessary I wouldn't want to be at any other apartment here in town or even tahlequah for that matter this place is home
