Our experience here was terrible! Between being hassled by the apartment manager for wanting a receipt when we paid rent, the constant threat of being evicted for minor details like the kids blocks on the floor WHILE THEY PLAY WITH THEM, toilet seat being up, harassing us about cigarette buts outside our apartment when we don't smoke, cockroaches, mold, long waits for maintenance to fix things, maintenance using our kids toy bucket to empty toilet when it backed up.... Upon talk to the Regional Manager and Customer Representative, is has came to my attention that the issues start higher in the company. Can be quiet yet go through building managers like water... 2 bedroom is a bit small

If I could give zero stars I would. They drew the application process from December to February. We had four different people who were working on our application who assured us we were going to get an apartment. They lied and we we’re denied. They wouldn’t answer our calls for weeks. Today we got a letter in the mail saying we were denied without an explanation. Thank you for wasting our time knowing we had to be out on a certain date and for wasting our money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even try to get into these apartments. Save your money and keep looking!

Management of this place is terrible. They want their rent but don't want to fix anything. I have had a water leak for 2 months now. They tell me they will get it fixed and nothing happens.

Love living here. The only problem I have here is Commerce water is very expensive and very nasty.
