Gardenview Apartments

This apartment has several issues that potential residents should consider. The management is not responsive, and many facilities are not functioning properly. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired. After living here for two years, I found the heat levels to be excessive. It's advisable to explore other options before deciding to move in.

Finished my application & Had a great tour today thanks to Diamond showing me around I really liked the unit I decided to stay in, I was impressed with how clean and well maintained space and also they have a great special going “ 1 month free $100 off for 5MONTHS “ which is pretty cool I get to save money and the unit I decided to stay in wasn’t just for show, I love it , Diamond answered all my questions and got to the point. I would give zero stars if I could. After I moved in, my shower kept getting clogged to the point that water won't drain. I kept contacting the office about it but they didn't repair it in two weeks and I had to call code enforcement. The office just ignores your requests or say they'll fix it but do nothing. This has happened multiple times. Do not move in here. Tenants smoke weed and cigarettes inside the apartments and the vents have that smell. Packages get lost. Awful place to live.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN APARTMENT LIVING, I warn anybody and everybody DO NOT LIVE HERE. You are better off living in your car than here. They are unorganized, don’t pay there employees to work, can’t afford to run this complex. Telling me there’s no money to fix anything. Like how is that, they got 2x4 holding up patios for upstairs, you ask them to fix something or help and the manager says she’ll do it. And nothing. Have to wait days, weeks, nag people to do they job but they want rent when it’s due. The most lazy manager, workers. I don’t know who’s running this but the owner or whatever it is should lose the license this is such a piece of crap company and complex. I’m so glad I moved. I warn everyone stay away from here. Move somewhere else. Anywhere but here. Worse liv

I just recently moved into Gardenview Apartments at the beginning of this month and I love it. The office staff is very courteous and quick to respond and resolve any questions and or concerns I have.
