I live in these Apts on Chesapeake Blvd I been waiting on a refrigerator since I moved in almost 10 yrs ago. The maintenance guy Tony refuses to give me a refrigerator & his attitude was so nasty when asked to come look at it. I never met the owner but I heard he walks out here some Sundays.Im going to end up calling the Health Dept AGAIN

I have been waiting since early July for my bathroom sink faucet to be replaced, as it leaks badly. It's now September 11. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my stove top to be repaired. I can't cook! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't rent from them if you want everything to work!

Slum lords. Had to threaten to put rent in escrow with the court to get anything done. Now have 4 inch long cockroaches. Have 2 months to go until lease is over. AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AND DUPLEXES AT ALL COST!!!!

Worst apartments I have ever lived in it is infested with roaches has a really bad mold problem and they will not fix it they don't replace anything and the landlord is very rude and nasty please never rent from these people it is not worth your money nor time and if you don't want your kids to be in danger please do not rent for them

Worst place I've ever lived in dosn't really take care of the apartments or the property it takes forever to get something fixed
