Garden Walk Apartments

I give it a 0 star.It's horrible they're there to help and they never help me even when I had trouble keeping my rent.i just recently moved I ask them to work With me they told me if I get Out at a certain time, there would be no problems and it would not go on my credit. They LIED !!. I went to go get a home and my name is REPORTED TO collection. And I was never notified of it because not true a horrible management maintenance. When I move in they said on paper that they cleaned my carpets and they didn't it smelt like Poo. And now they're trying to say I have bogus charges that I owe them when I do not !!! I do not recommend this for anyone.It is horrible. Bogus bogus bogus . How they are still able to run and do the things they do and get away with it.I have no idea

Never no manager last 2 years there been 5, and they throw away documents and papers so there no point in complaining or doing paper work, and it noisy there a lot wrong with this place to much to put on here.

No management, drug traffic is out of this world ridiculous!! My mother has been here for 2 months now, and still waiting on a key for her storage room, among other things!!! Most definitely in desperate need of enforcement of rules, and law, bc the Muldrow PD apparently turn their heads to specific areas of the complex!! Would not recommend for single elderly, or families with very young children!!!

Apartments have been remodeled recently. New stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer included. Grounds are kept up. Nice apartments. Rent based on income.

Visiting a friend of mine and couldn't hardly have conversations between us because of the noise from the apartment above. She told me it was an ongoing problem with them but so far manager has not been able to get the problem resolved
