The best decision I have made since moving to Myrtle Beach was choosing to live in Garden Grove Townhomes. Being a Father with 3 children it’s the most convient and best location you can ask for. It’s covience with the local Grocery stores, Restaurants, and Wal-mart. Half a mile away from the Beach and located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Cathy Newcomer and her team will go out of there way to do anything for you and your family. They will expedite a move is process and have anything fixed or repaired immediately if ever needed.The neighbors and quiet and respectful. She is extremely appreciated and respected by the residents. I have never been more welcomed by anyone to live anywhere than Cathy and her team. Thankyou for everything you all do!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Cathy in the leasing office since I moved in 9 years ago. She’s been consistently responsive and quick to handle any maintenance requests.I always have felt treated fairly as a tenant. I lived here and a few months and I’d have to say I love it here. It’s dog friendly and the complex is kept up very well. It’s quiet and the neighbors are all great! But what makes it even better is the property manager! Mrs. Cathy is always helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. So grateful for all she does!
