She literally had maintenance screw up my thermostat to where I can't turn it down when I literally cannot be in an environment that is hotter than 60 to 63° because I'm struggling to maintain my body temperature in the summer I am too hot in the winter I am too cold I need to be able to turn my air conditioning down and she's trying to blame it on a stupid piece of technology that does not determine whether I can be comfortable or not
The newest manager, Lana, is so sweet, nice, and helpful. I just love being here because of her. And she really does her job well. Thank you so much, Lana, for all you do!
