Garden Court Apartments at Yale Station

Stay away from this place! Management is very cold and nasty to your face once you become a tenant. Phone calls and emails are never responded to. I have multiple friends who have different disabilities tell me management doesn’t accommodate for their needs. The office is never open and when it is, the lady there is extremely unapproachable making tenants very afraid to address any needs. Communication from management is very spotty, while work orders sometimes are delayed, it’s not maintenance‘s fault, it’s slow uncommunicative management. Do yourself a favor and find a management company who takes the time to truly care about their tenants instead of this money hungry company.

From what I saw when I took my daughter to do a tour of her and her mom's new unit it was clean up to date appliance's carpet counters sink. manager Amber is very friendly respectful her staff was courteous and attentive during the inspection all final repairs done promptly to pass inspection it felt like home, hallways was clean I would love to move in that how much I love this site close to stores and restaurants either direction west to east light rail is right there as well quiet community the gym was clean and state of the art equipment

Wonderful apartment! Conveniently located to the light rail! You can be downtown in 30 minutes! There’s a Safeway and Kjng Soooers about a mile away in both directions!

...office and Maintenznce service is excellent. Some neighbors are not as careful or quiet with dogs and late night noise. I’ve addressed this issue as regards upstairs couple . It may be ongoing. I like living here as close to family I’m moving out after 1 and half yrs here with endless ongoing issues . Before expiration of my lease. snd floods and endless noise all night. Only due to less rent I believe are people here mostly. Many, many, many endless complaints. Owner lives nearby and does not apparently care to solve problems. I hate to move at my age yet out I go.

I am so looking forward to the balcony being renovated after being here 7 years. I am very excited, get chill on the balcony on warm days.
