If I can give this place a 0 stars I would, The assistant manager made me come from where I live which is two & a half hrs to sign a clarification form and when i got here the manager told me my application was denied I was never called or emailed about this, made me waste my time telling me that I do qualify and now I don’t because i make too much. DONT GO THERE! Now I have to find somewhere else to apply, they just want to take as many applications as they can! So unprofessional!

I Just decided to stop by and see and friend in building 2115 and some unknown tenant always let their dogs shit all over the place, it’s 0928am on Nov 6 2025 now their dog shits in the elevator as if we supposed clean after these scumbags. Something has to be done.. this tenant needs to be kicked out and why these tenants have these oversized large dogs in these small apartments. Isn’t there a weight limit, These animals needs a back yard to roam.. they didn’t even clean the crap up. Just kick them out for God sakes.

The tenants above me have ALL DAY been constant noise. Office been knowing about this issue since the week I moved in January 2023. Recently the office gave them a notice to evict and they were quiet temporarily. As of right now it sounds like elephants bowling up there. Noting this in the moment because the office has no contact on the weekends. Convenient. They'd rather tenants like this broad and her kids and 20 boyfriends. In the 11 months we have been here there has been less than 2 weeks of silence. The noise happens at all hours including overnight and for hours on end. I have been living here for around 4 years we have been through so management that it is insane now we have this new assistant that it's rude disrespectful and so many more she doesn't know how to talk to people and now they won't accept packages on the office so it's difficult and on top of that our rugs are disgusting but if we clean our front they are threatening to fine us , question for what for trying to do what they don't do it's crazy this place used to be so great but office keeps getting worse now on top of everything there making it mandatory to get wifi through them I feel like am in a shelter not a place where I pay rent so there disconnecting wifi so we have to pay them more than spectrum charges it's insane this went from being a good place to dying to move from here because

On December 30,2021 on my way to work, wife steps out in her car and came back my car was parked perfectly fine with any issues, on my way out to leave to work in my Dodge Dakota, its gone. Called 911, found out leasing Office towed my car, call my wife and she states the right passenger side tire was running low, so i said to her I'll put air in it from WAWA, no harm done right,. What really angers me is they did not contact me for this, but you call my wife and I when we have packages drop off at the leasing Office, after knowingly my parking permit is clearly labeled on the driver side window, my registration was on the dashboard because i left it there by accident.
