I wanted to share a review with our experience with the Realtor we are working with. Lesley Brawn with Game Changer Realty. I was referred to Leslie through a friend. I live in South Florida and simply fell out of love with South Florida so we decided to relocate. We were not sure if we wanted to buy or build in Nocatee. It’s hard to know where to start with a review of Game Changer Realty and our realtor Lesley Brawn. We started the process of looking at homes (both on the market and new construction) with Lesley, and having never had looked at new construction in the past, the process was new and overwhelming. Lesley has been there every step of the way through looking at lots, models, changing our minda on a house (only once 😂), and even design. She regularly checks on our construction when we can’t.
