Gallery at FAT Village

We recently moved into Gallery at FAT Village, and I cannot express enough how happy we are with our new home. First, I want to sincerely thank Amber for all her help with the leasing process — she made everything smooth, clear, and stress-free! From the moment we moved in, we immediately noticed the comfort and quality of this building. Everything is absolutely brand new. The kitchen is beautifully designed with high-quality finishes and equipped with modern, reliable appliances. The bathrooms are fitted with new, stylish fixtures, and every room feels spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I’m very happy living here! The apartment has a great layout — everything is well-designed and convenient. There’s a beautiful BBQ area and a modern gym that I really enjoy. Gorgeous building; a really nice place to call home specially as a returning Floridian coming back to the area and seeing how much it has grown and improved. As a new building it has its challenges, such as lack of guest parking, trash and pet owners who lack respect and responsibility for their pets waste- but nothing that the current management and community can’t work towards addressing. Happy to be part of such a wonderful building.

I had a wonderful experience working with Anthony during my leasing process. Surprised that I don’t see him name in the reviews. He was always responsive, professional, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond by doing two full walkthroughs with us. I have been a resident here at The Gallery at FAT Village now for 3 1/2 months and my experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing.
