We’ve had the privilege of serving Galleria Palms Apartments for many years, and every visit reminds us why we value this partnership so much. Terryl and the entire staff always greet us with genuine warmth and a smile, creating an atmosphere that makes our work not only easier, but truly enjoyable. Each time we’re on-site, we see Terryl and his crew working diligently, taking pride in keeping the community running smoothly. He treats everyone in the complex with kindness, always offering a warm greeting and checking in on how they’re doing. We’re grateful to work alongside such an outstanding team. Terryl is a great person, and it’s always a pleasure collaborating with him.

I had an amazing experience living here! I moved in December 2023 and moved out September 2025. The only reason we left was because we needed a bigger space and got a better deal on a complex somewhere else. However Jessica did try her best to get us a deal on transferring and we appreciated the effort. Maintenance always got to our work orders same day, if not, next day. My neighbors were great and quiet. I loved the area and our apartment! Would recommend.

This apartment complex was amazing when I first moved in. All amenities were open and clean. The property was well maintained and sanitary. Over the pass year and a half this complex has fallen apart. The back pool is consistently closed. Green in color. Not clean like it was every other day. The main pool with hot tub has been closed for two summers. There are many residents and one pool is not enough. Especially because it is 4 ft deep. The gym door is locked. On and off. All this with no email except one. Everyone was so excited for the reopening of the main pool but again it's still not open. It was a nightmare trying to move out of this place. We lived there for over 6.5 years & received a 30-day “no cause” notice to move out. We had been good tenants, always paid before the due date. No one could tell us why we received it not even corporation can give us straight answers. They only thing they would say was “you have 30 days then you get evicted.” For all of those struggling & still living there opt for Legal Aid in downtown. They were so helpful. Once your 30 days are up you can still take this company to court especially if you been good tenants to get extra time. We were able to get an extra 7 days because the office was giving the wrong information about us to the places we would apply to move-in. I initially applied and was approved in 2023. I didn't receive my lease emailed to me or anything can kept calling the managere who assured me I was approved and that she was just behind but would either email me within a week or two or I could come in for it. I explained I lived out of state on the East coast and she swore I was approved and to move in. I drove over with my pets and kid and was told by the manager there was no approval and I would have to apply again right now. I sat in her office and filled it out again on my phone and she approved it within 10 minutes and gave me the keys.
