New management is awful. They shut off the cable TV with no notice to the residents. They haven't even appeared to try to repair the only elevator. They came in here, tore up the place pretty quickly and don't appear to be trying to remodel or renovate anything. The laundry room is a mess. I have a feeling that new management is not paying their contractors. I am getting out of here before the electricity is shut off.
This place is a trash box. The elevator has not worked properly for 7 months. The management does not care "at all-at all". There is roach problem and talking to management is like talking to a brick wall. This place is extremely sorry. Do not move here, it's not worth anything and there is not one ounce of accountability, none.
Security guard first day and very clean quiet and peaceful to stay and recommend anyone who might be looking for a nice and comfortable place this is it The welcome in presence fill when entering the front door indeed
Peace and quiet no bullying no more!!
