Gallatin Manor Apartments

Conveniently located. Buildings are old but well kept. Rent is exceptionally fair. Staff are wonderful. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a large Park full of amenities all within walking distance. Within walking distance of Bozeman high School.

The places themselves are nice but upper management is awful. I don't even have a word for it. They'll keep you in suspension for months and you can't get a new job or quit a job while on the waiting list or all the paperwork starts over. Management at the building can't do anything till they hear from these people and that may take months. This place sucks. If you've got a friend from out of town with you for a few days, they can't even do their laundry at the facility or you get written up. The hallways also need help. They're dark and sad.

I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Their paid employees engage in criminal activity, while the place is completely unlivable, and the residents are out engaging in their own legitimate, gainful employment. The place is crime infested. It's worse than a concentration camp.

We pay our rent on time, remain courteous to neighbors and obey the lease. We haven't had any problems. I only wish my laundry didn't cost $2 a load.

We love these apartments. Nothing fancy, but a great place to live. The guidelines are strict, that keeps things peaceful and you know what the expectations are.
