As you can see from the response of the "property manager" this is not the kind of place you want to rent. Any sign of things not going exactly her way and she gets defensive and blames you. Is that the kind of person you want to deal with when a pipe bursts or a breaker blows? She WILL blame it on the renter and you will be SOL.
Great place to live! Quiet, calm, and excellent staff. 10/10 recommend!
