Gaither Manor Apartments

Gaither Manor Apartments is simply fantastic! We can’t recommend them highly enough. They provided us with a happy, safe, and clean home for four years. The location is wonderful, with rustic country charm yet easy access to major roads for straightforward commutes to D.C., Baltimore, Frederick, etc. The neighbors were generally friendly and quiet, with no transfer of smells between units. Maintenance was always top-notch, responding quickly and completely to any issues we had – from a burnt-out bulb to a water heater reset. Gaither Manor is truly a community, with family-oriented management. And the price can’t be beat!

Gaither Manor is a great place to live. I've lived there for nearly a year now and my experience there has been nothing short of fantastic. The management team has always been kind and helpful. The maintenance team is great and responds very quickly. The complex provides ample parking, and is quite and safe. The tenants are all very nice. The price is perfect. Most apartment complexes in the area charge nearly 50% more. Having lived in Sykesville Apartments, Piney Ridge Apartments, and Gaither Manor, I can say with 100% confidence that Gaither Manor provides superior service and quality, all at a rental price that cannot be beaten. It's just a great place to live.

i absolutely love living here its quiet, peaceful and in the country. Maintenance is on top of things in a timely manner, when it snows they all pull together and are out there cleaning our walks first thing in the morning. Management is always friendly and truly care about their tenants.

I just moved out of these apartments and had to do it kicking and screaming because I loved living there so much. It's so quiet and the price seems to be the best around. Any maintenance related issues were handled immediately. Everyone I've ever dealt with there was extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I highly recommend gaither manor to any9ne looking for a place to live. It's a really great community. I have been living here for over 1 year now and have not had one issue. All my neighbors are great and the owner and his employees are extremely nice and helpful. The owner and his wife have been there for me several different times when I needed help around the complex. You truly can not beat the rates here. Anywhere else, even in bad areas of Baltimore county you would pay double for a 2 bedroom apartment the same size as mine here at gaither manor.
