Nice quite community, was thinking of purchasing a house but I feel like it's just a bigger co-operative (I live in a co-op apartment) meaning your still restricted by the rules and regulations. The community is still a wonderful place but maybe when I get older.
It was a very nice tour but when we made an offer, they told us to only use their 2 banks only. That's not up to them to tell people were they can get their mortgage...
Was hoping to find a rental but no such luck. It looks like a nice community.
Have left several emails and phone messages, no one has replied to either, its been weeks. Take my money elsewhere.
