Gables Grand Plaza Apartments

I moved in on the 14th. Today is the 25th and the unit is yet to be ready after multiple maintenance requests which have not been addressed yet including the smart system of the apartment. The units are spacious, the location is perfect and the main areas are well maintained but the appliances inside the units are old. The pool is still under maintenance since 2022 I believe based on the other reviews of other tenants. All in all, don’t advertise an apartment if it’s not fully ready to be on the market!

Great location and amazing staff. Marla and Janelle are always readily available to get our concerns answered-. Work orders are completed quickly. Downside of the building is that the pool has been under construction for more than three years.

Problems persist: pool that never opens, package theft (new tenants beware packages are left by carriers in a public garage when lockers are not enough or not big enough), fire alarm going on regularly, elevators old and outdated, gym with minimum equipment (we were told they would update the space, still waiting), building entrance constantly unlocked (just plain old doors and system). Overall, a mediocre experience for the price.

I love this building and Tatiana was very attentive. The building seems to be well maintained in a beautiful area of Coral Gables. I saw the renovated apartment 2/2 and it was fabulous and tastefully done. I would like to go back and see the 8 th floor apartment with high ceilings!

Tatjana was amazing to work with! She made the leasing process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the apartment is just what I was looking for. Highly recommend both Tatjana and Gables Grand Plaza!
