Alden and their contractors are the most inconsiderate and messy builder I’ve ever seen!! They were illegally burning giant plastic piping in a residential neighborhood releasing cancer causing chemicals into the air instead of properly disposing it. They block streets constantly and could care less that people already live on the streets. They NEVER clean up after themselves and leave the streets a mess. Plus they promise future builders with them things that are CLEARLY stated in the HOA rules that are not permitted. Use this builder with caution!!
