G3 Development

I rented a space from G3 when I first opened my practice. The entire group was extremely accommodating, friendly and always quick to respond on work orders. The only reason I left G3 was because all their properties were full when I needed more space. Would work with them again in a heart beat.

We own and operate a small business, and after a long and exhausting search, we were fortunate to find a lovely and reasonably priced office space at the centrally located DeLand property. We've been here for over two years, and I can confidently say that G3 Development has exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—just on the edge of beautiful downtown DeLand. We're within walking distance of great restaurants, the police station, post office, courthouse, local shops, and the hospital. Parking is also very convenient.
