Fyve property is horrible. They manage the townhouse I lived in that became unlivable due to black mold. Fyves lease contains a “renters insurance” that the tenant pays each month. It’s a lie. The policy will not reimburse any expense incurred from me being displaced from my home, medical, items I had to throw away. I’ve been fighting for eight months to get an answer on my insurance claim. Unfortunately, the customer does Not come first here.

Getting ghosted on move-in day. unacceptable. It’s currently 11am and we were supposed to receive the keys, but alas no response from property management after calling, email, etc. Outrageous. Edit: Four months later and the owner has given us permission to break our lease due to a leak that requires extensive repair. FYVE is ghosting the both of us despite multiple emails following up. Never dealt with a leasing office that is so incompetent and unprofessional.

This company Fyve that again has been changed to Intempes out of California is horrible. Our last tenants moved out end of March and this company put an MLS lock leaving us to believe they were gonna start re renting it for us. Wrong they not only tied up our property for 3 months with no income from it they would never communicate after we would reach out in every way possible. They even collected fees they did not earn nor deserve. We finally drafted a certified letter relinquishing all ties believing this would stir communication and we could finally end our nightmare. Finally we had to go purchase new door locks and change them out in order to get the MLS lock off as well as buy a universal garage door opener because they would not get us our property. I rented a unit with Fyve for 2 years and had the best experience with them. When I moved to Nashville I had to do so within a week for a new job, and Fyve made touring units, the application process, and approval quick and easy so I was able to move in fast that next week. Anytime a maintenance issue came up it was fixed either the same day or the next. Not to mention the maintenance crew is so incredibly kind, one time they needed to enter while I wasn’t home and they made sure to put my cat in another room so he didn’t run out the front door. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere! Security deposit was returned quickly when I moved out. If I wasn’t leaving Nashville I would absolutely continue renting properties with Fyve. I can’t recommend them enough!

I use FYVE to manage my property in Nashville and have been impressed by their services. They have a variety of management options and fees are very reasonable. The online owner's portal shows all your information from bills, draws, and income statements while also being easy to navigate. They do a great job screening tenants and have been quick to reply to any concerns I might have. Having had experience using other management companies in another state, I am happy to give FYVE 5 stars.
