Corey Figuerdo is a horrible communicator and representative for sellers and or buyers. I've dealt with thousands of agents and this one doesn't even have the decency to look out for his clients when presented with potential offers. I would think twice before hiring him to represent me as a buyer or seller. There are plenty more professional agents that are hungry and willing to work for their clients. Thank God, he brushed us off, we found a better opportunity elsewhere. Next time,.stay humble..
