We booked an Airbnb with fun stay homes recently. During our stay, we reported several amenities that were not usable. The pool heat was broken. The Hot tub had no water, multiple chairs outside were broken. (As seen In screen shots)We asked them for compensation. As it was the primary reason for booking the property was for the pool. That was not usable.They only responses we got were chat gpt written responses. I contacted Airbnb after the stay and they sided with me provided a partial refund along with a coupon. (You can see in screen shots them siding with me because I’m sure they will lie here as well) Before leaving Fun Stay homes Said we where a “pleasure to have and would leave a 5 star review”, (as seen in this screen shots) but once Airbnb sided with us they decided to retaliat

The place we stayed at was in a great location (conveniently located to stores and attractions) and was very clean. I didn't have a single issue during my family's stay. I love that there was even a high chair and playpin for my infant child. The themed rooms made for great photo ops and helped made the trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless and featured a nicely updated kitchen that made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. We loved the patio area, perfect for relaxing in the mornings or winding down at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was excellent. Only just about 15 minutes to both Disney parks and Universal, which made getting to the attractions super convenient. The house had all the basic amenities we needed, so we felt right at home during our stay. We also loved the resort’s pool area, which had a fun water slide and a great kids’ play area. Our kiddo didn’t want to leave! Overall, this was a perfect spot for our family vacation, and we’d definitely stay here aga

This was the perfect place to stay with a small child! It’s Right on the beach, included an attached candy shop, plus a water park on the first floor. Our 2 year old had a blast and kept him busy the whole trip. The condo was clean and had comfy beds! The host was very responsive and gave us a ton of helpful information about things to do and where to eat. Overall we highly recommend and will be booking this spot again next year.

We use Fun Stay Homes as our property management company, and they have been fantastic to work with! The team is honest, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about the vacation rental market. Their communication is excellent, and they’re always quick to respond. We’re thrilled with the number of bookings our property receives, and our guests consistently praise their outstanding service. Our home is well cared for, giving us complete peace of mind even though we live far away. We highly recommend them!
