As a tenant since 2017: The maintenance quality here plummeted in 2019, and has never recovered. What should be addressed within a week now takes months, and that's only the incompetent hires they decide to send after those months. When in-house Maintenance fails as expected, be ready to wait another month before they find someone from outside, who more often than not is either also an idiot/and or not paid enough to take the job seriously. Prepare to lose money needing to get outside lodging to get hotel rentals. Also, the current manager, Liz, will lie repeatedly to your face and over the phone regarding these processes, despite multiple witnesses willing to prove the contrary. Do not apply here until Liz is gone, and they actually get decent maintenance staff.

I just recently applied to this place and while my app has not been approved yet I just wanted to leave a great review for Lexi. She went above and beyond to help me with some online trouble I was having and was very responsive about all my silly questions. I am really happy with the application process and Lexi made all that possible. I was approved quickly and I cant wait to move in!

I LOVE living here! I've lived in 6 different rentals in the past ten years and this one is my favorite. The homes are well constructed and well insulated. The layout of our townhome makes excellent use of space. The leasing agent and maintenance team are the best at their jobs, and are wonderful people. The cost of living here is so low for two reasons. First, maintenance is included in the rent. I usually only have to wait a day or two for a work order to be completed. This includes pretty much any repair you can think of. When our washer broke down, they brought a new one the next day!! The other reason it's so affordable to live here is that the walls are insulated so well, you don't have to run your heating and cooling as much as other homes. Have some friends living here and looking to move in everything seems super nice so far only visited twice but seems pretty quite and understanding. Can’t wait to move in will update in a few months once we get settled took a star off just bc we have not moved in yet🤣.

Nice and quiet townhomes. Affordable. Great maintenance guys. The paint is why I took a star off. It's cheap and you cannot clean it.
