I do not leave reviews often, but I felt this was very necessary. After connecting this Realty team, they did not seem very helpful. Additionally they did not disclose that other applications were also pending, hence probably would have changed my mind about applying especially since the application fee is 50.00 per adult staying there so about 200.00 total. They did offer any other property's and I believe there was some miss communication as they connected my mom saying to hurry up and send in her application, not knowing that she was also on my application.
Requested a tour on Zillow, they called me, told me they would get back to me. Never did so I had to call again, same dance. Called a third time the next week and they hung up on me when I stated my name. Bad company, does not have any professionalism. If something was wrong with my inquiry you should tell me, not avoid and hang up on me.
Horrible company and very unprofessional I spoke with Debbie terrible personal definitely deserves a 0 star!
Worst experience I have ever had. Will never work with them again
