Frye Hotel Apartments

This place is an absolute nightmare and a complete failure of management. There is no security whatsoever, which makes it painfully obvious that safety is not a priority here. Management claims to have rules, but they are never enforced. Tenants do whatever they want, whenever they want, with no consequences. The building frequently smells like urine, especially in common areas, which is both disgusting and unacceptable. It feels neglected, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. Any sense of pride or professionalism is completely absent. Outside the property is just as bad—constant loitering, open drug use, and sketchy activity happen right in front of the building. So many people make this place out to be so bad but if you stay to yourself and out of other peoples business its actually not bad. I live here in a one bedroom by myself and I am a sober white female. No one bullies me or bothers me and most people have been quite nice. It is up to you what you make out of life.

Dirty, bugs, gross, roaches everywhere including the washers and dryers

Currently they are under new management and it definitely is an improvement.They seem to actually care and help you with small issues. The new lobby is a beautiful addition and I would recommend these apartments .so I ll give them 4 stars.

I lived at the Frye for 3 1/2 years . i was assaulted by one of my neighbors. I tried to get SPD and LIHI to help me for 3 months before this happened. The man was stalking me and harassing me and threatening me. He came into my apartment with a butcher knife beforehand and was slashing it in my face. After the assault , i was evicted. The man beat me and i was thrown out. Believe it , it happened. I live back home in Florida now and i am caring for my mother who is 87years. I have seen so much in the 13 years i lived in Seattle. I am glad to be back home.b
