Marco was great to deal with and I feel so much more knowledgeable now having spent the time going through the house with him. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. When he does find issues he telsl you when they should be fixed, and how big of an issue it is. I feel very comfortable having purchased an old home that Marco inspected, as he was incredibly thorough and left no stone unturned!

Marco was referred to me by an architect friend of mine and he completed our home inspection last week. Both my husband and I were very happy with his attention to detail and thoroughness. I had used a home inspector on a different property years ago who missed a fairly expensive issue, so I had an endless supply of questions waiting for Marco. He was very patient and answered each and every single question I had. Even ones I sent afterwards via email. We walked through each room together and he explained everything he saw. He was even able to offer advice on approximate cost/logistics of some of the repairs/renovations I wanted to do. Marco is really good. I mean really good! We had never purchased a detached home before and were pretty nervous about our purchase as the home is almost 100 years old.
