Frontier Title & Escrow Company Newport Oregon

Due to this office shutting down, my closing was done thru a WA office. When my settlement check was sent UPS overnight, Frontier did not require my signature! UPS delayed it by several days, then they just left it in my carport with no notification or proof of delivery. My envelope also contained confidential closing documents with my personal info. Anyone could have just taken my check and confidential documents! When I complained to Frontier, they just said they usually wire settlements. This is no excuse for handling my check so recklessly. Frontier also never apologized for their negligence.
