My husband and I are first time home buyers and had an amazing experience with Frontier. From the very beginning, they stayed in constant communication and worked with us regarding our very busy schedules. As a young buyer, I did not feel shamed for asking questions regarding the process, but rather happily educated with the process. As soon as we entered the building, we felt welcomed and that took our anxiety away. I will use Frontier again and will refer all of my family and friends to use them as well. DO NOT ALLOW FRONTIER TO DO YOUR HOME PURCHASE. They were kind, for sure, but failed at their job. I'm not going to name the employee who did it, but... but... You imagine that when they receive the closing papers, you would think that the agent at Frontier would have actually looked at them. That is not true. In our case... Our lender, our blessed lender decided to include two absolutely ridiculous forms that required us to certify that our builder had provided us with certain guarantees and information. The builder had not in fact done so, and our person at Frontier should have known that or investigated. When I flat out refused to sign the form certifying that I had received something that I had not actually received, the Frontier employee was shocked. She couldn't believe that I wo

Closing experience was terrible. No phone call from frontier on closing time until 45 mins before. We got a text from our realtor instead. We were told they would call and give us information and instructions on wiring money over. Unprofessional. Closing officer was more concerned about catching up with the realtor than walking us through the closing process. Papers were just tossed at us to sign. Several miscommunication errors were made. We were told to wire X amount of money before the appointment in which we only had 45 minutes to do so. My fiance called and she pushed closing time back 30 mins. He gave our name and what we were doing. Our closing officer did not tell us to wait, instead she greeted us with "So... how much did you wire? Well that is wrong. " She knew what we

We closed today on a re-fi and my Husband and I were very pleased with the service we received today with Tammy she was very professional and very sweet. I really enjoyed our short time together talking about life as she walked us through our stack of documents that we had to sign, she was quick but efficient and checked everything twice. I highly recommend using this title company to anyone looking to buy a home. Ask for Tammy!

!!!.THEY ARE NOT INVESTOR FRIENDLY.!!! just know they will sabotage your deal even though there supposed to be neutral in the process, too many deals have fallen apart because of title companies. <<<<<<ROSA>>>>>> As i was coming in to give them a check I heard ROSA talking to the person selling me a house> WHY ARE YOU SELLING FOR (X) AMOUNT OF ($) (X) PROPERTY, She was like trying to convince my seller to stop the sale, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, and also i will see what legal options are out there because I don’t think they are allowed to do that. I don’t know if they all are like that in this Title and Escrow or if its only this lady who's name is ROSA.
