Big mistake! he is NOT a sellers agent during the transaction he looked after the buyers interest instead of mine that I paying the commission for both buyer and sellers agent. He supposed let the buyer know that I needed to stay in the property after closing for about a month because I was buying a new construction and wasn’t ready until that time.
